Danny Korem
Danny is a CAD manager at the 2nd largest architectural
firm in Israel, where he plays the role of project manager.
He has implemented CAD & GIS standards for several
engineering enterprises. He is responsible for
- CAD standards in GIS environment for "Better Place,"
an international venture of EV hardware and
infrastructure -- both writing and implementation
- NEXTCOM, a Telecom infrastructures designer and
construction
- TAHAL, a multi-disciplinary engineering company
- and more
Danny is versatile in AutoCAD and also has significant
knowledge in MAP 3D, Revit, as well as non-Autodesk programs
such as Vectorworks, Allplan and MicroStation.
Danny's CAD experience began in the mid 80s with mainframes
and minicomputers in an architectural application of MicroCAD (which became Cimatron). For many years, he dealt
with CAD management but always stayed an end user.
A few years ago, he conducted formal training courses as a
Autodesk Training Specialist, including courses at Bezalel
-- Academy of the Arts and at HIT (Holon Institute of
Technology).
