Creating a Roof Sweep in ArchiCAD

Want to create a roof sweep in ArchiCAD? If you take advantage of the PolyRoof geometry settings, it's easy to do.
1. Select the Roof Tool.
2. Choose the PolyRoof method (automatic hip roof).
3. Draw a line around either where the "birds mouth" or the pivot line will go. You could also use the space bar (Magic Wand) to click around the perimeter of the house. The following dialog box will appear:
4. Fill out the dialogue box with the settings above or adjust as needed for your roof.
5. Click OK and check the results.
